Pakka Deal is a proof of concept for Mumbai rentals (Juhu, Vile Parle, Andheri, Santacruz, Kalina, Bandra East, BKC). Every number on the public pages and in the tools carries its source link and the date it was fetched. Where published sources disagree or say nothing, the page says so instead of estimating. Sample listings, clients and families are fictional and labelled DEMO. Fees, stamp duty and other rules are general guidance with sources, not legal advice.
