Help

Short how-tos for the jobs you do every week.

New here? Ride the tour

Six stops, about a minute: paste listings, see them cleaned, add a client, send a shortlist, see their reaction, close the deal.

Import your WhatsApp groups

Do this on day one, once per broker group. It takes about a minute a group.

  1. In WhatsApp, open the group.
  2. Tap the group name, then More (⋮ on Android), then Export chat.
  3. Choose Without media. WhatsApp makes a .txt file of the chat.
  4. Save it to Files, or share it to yourself.
  5. In Pakka Deal, tap Paste listings, then Upload chat .txt and pick the file. Name the group so you know where each listing came from.

Only want today's posts? Long-press the messages, copy, and paste them into the same box. The same flat from several groups is merged into one listing.

Add a client requirement

When a family or a working couple calls you with what they need.

  1. Go to Clients and tap Add client. A name is enough to start.
  2. Fill the requirement: budget, BHK, areas, move-in date, and anything they won't bend on.
  3. Matching listings are ranked for them straight away, with the reason each one fits or doesn't.

Send a shortlist

Instead of forwarding photos one by one.

  1. Open the client and tick the flats you want them to see.
  2. Tap Create shortlist. You get one link.
  3. Send the link on WhatsApp. Your client sees rent, all-in move-in cost and the area, and taps Like, Visit or Pass. No app, no sign-in.
  4. Their answers show up in Today.

Close a deal

From the first visit to the day they move in.

  1. From a client's matches, tap Start deal on the flat they chose.
  2. Move the deal along the line on Deals: visits, offer, agreement, registration, move-in.
  3. Open the deal for the stamp duty and fees, the leave and licence agreement draft, and the closing checklist.

Track renewals

Leave and licence agreements end. The broker who remembers gets the renewal.

  1. Every closed deal adds its agreement end date to Renewals.
  2. Before it's due, a reminder appears with a message drafted for you.
  3. Tap Open in WhatsApp to send it, then Mark sent.

Find redevelopment leads

Families in societies going for redevelopment need a rental for two to four years.

  1. Read the redevelopment guide for sourced projects and stages in your areas.
  2. Ask the Advisor, for example: "Which societies in Vile Parle East are being redeveloped?"
  3. When a family calls, add them as a client and choose the Redevelopment type, so matches stay close to their old building.
