What we store, why, and how to get it deleted
Pakka Deal is built around the idea behind India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023: ask for consent for a stated purpose, collect only what is needed, and delete it when it is done. This page is a plain-language summary, not legal advice.
We never
Store Aadhaar or PAN numbers. Sell data. Send a message, email or SMS for you. Log into a portal for you. Show a phone number to a client.
We do
Keep outcomes, not documents. Record consent and purpose. Strip phone numbers before anything is stored. Let you delete what you gave us.
We use
A sign-in cookie for brokers and a theme choice saved in your browser. No advertising trackers and no third-party analytics.

Your rights, and how to use them
What the Act gives you
In plain words, the Act gives a person the right to ask for information about the data held about them (section 11), to have it corrected, completed, updated or erased (section 12), to have a way to raise a grievance (section 13), and to nominate someone to act for them (section 14).

How to delete or correct your data
- Brokers: Settings in the app lets you request deletion of your account, data and verifications.
- Early-access form or interest requests: ask the person who gave you the link, or write to the contact below, and we will delete the entry.
- Verifications: you can delete a verification result at any time; it is then revoked and its details are cleared.
